Customer Services Consultant – Montague Gardens – R9000.00 per month

Customer Services Consultant - Duties include daily contact with customers for updating on the status of their repairs. Required to make 50 outgoing calls per day and responsible for obtaining acceptance of quoted job and updating of customer interaction on Pastel. The job also requires answering of incoming calls. Basic of R6000.00 plus incentive that will take total package to R9000. The incentive is measured on key criteria but easily achievable.
