The key to this role is being able to take a collaborative approach with internal & external teams to identify opportunities & develop holistic solutions. Supporting the digital strategy for high online sales growth, this is a pivotal role and it's a terrific platform to make a real impact on the business.
Tertiary education in a relevant field with 3 - 5 years in digital marketing. You will be organised, collaborative, analytical, commercially focussed and an excellent negotiator and communicator.
Extensive experience with practices and techniques related to online retailing and website merchandising.
Sound knowledge of website management and eCommerce including but not limited to WordPress, Google Analytics, HubSpot or similar marketing automation and Microsoft Office.
Knowledge and experience of 3rd party vendor sites or online marketplaces is an advantage.

Manage our social media platforms with an agreed content plan and community management with marketing manager.
Manage FB and Instagram shop and explore new opportunities
Digital advertising campaigns
Identify the latest trends and technologies affecting our industry.
Drive new and innovative growth online strategies
Manage and co-ordinate with external digital partners
Content creation and optimisation in line with the content strategy and SEO recommendations
Project & Team management
Digital campaign budgeting and maximizing Agency partners performance and ROAS
Collaborate with internal and external teams
Manage online chat and admin team
Report to marketing manager and Co-founder/marketing director
