You will be required to perform several tasks related to keeping the office efficiently running and must therefore be an exceptional multitasker and be incredibly well organized with the basic skills of commonly used computer software to do things like send emails, manage calendars and order supplies. You will also be responsible for small duties, like typing and taking notes during meetings, overseeing clerical tasks, keeping an inventory of office supplies, ordering new materials as needed, maintaining files, welcoming visitors to your office, answering phone calls, taking and delivering messages, ensuring the office runs smoothly, scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees and more.


Key responsibilities:


Human Resource Assistance

  • Provide support in human resources processes
  • Record keeping and day-to-day administration


Personal Assistance to CEO:

  • Assist CEO as and when needed while applying the upmost discretion and confidentiality
  • Perform errands for CEO as and when needed


Frontline support

  • Switchboard management
  • Greet all visitor’s etc. in a professional and helpful manner


Administrative assistance

  • Fleet management
  • Office consumables management
  • General admin assistance


Skill-set requirements:

  • Switchboard and Reception experience
  • Administrative skills & experience
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals
  • Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English – speak, read, write)
  • Computer literate specifically MS Office and Outlook
  • Excellent time management skills
  • Attention to detail and ensure that correspondence (emails, letters, documents, etc.) is written according to company standards.
  • Problem solving skills
  • Numerical ability and analytical and data entry skills
  • Conflict resolution skills
  • Driver’s license
