Description
Human Resource Assistance:
Provide support in human resources processes
Record keeping and day-to-day administration
Personal Assistance to CEO:
Assist CEO as and when needed while applying the utmost discretion and confidentiality
Perform errands for CEO as and when needed
Frontline support:
Switchboard management
Greet all visitors etc. in a professional and helpful manner
Administrative assistance:
Fleet management
Office consumables management
General admin assistance
Skill-set requirements:
Switchboard and Reception experience
Administrative skills
HR experience
Conflict resolution skills
Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to interact with all levels of individuals
Fully bilingual (Afrikaans and English – speak, read, write)
Computer literate specifically MS Office and Outlook
Excellent time management skills
Attention to detail and ensure that correspondence (emails, letters, documents, etc.) is written according to company standards
Problem solving skills
Numerical ability and analytical and data entry skills
Driver’s license
Demeanour requirements:
Able to strictly comply with rules, policies and procedures
Discretion and confidentiality applied inside and out of the office environment
Professionalism and neat appearance
High energy with a strong commitment to the success of the company
