SALES EXECUTIVES WITH HIGH-END PRODUCT/FURNITURE EXPERIENCE.
Salary negotiable + excellent commission
A Furniture and Lifestyle Company, specializing in furniture & décor solutions for both inside and outside spaces seeks Sales Executives with high-end product/ furniture experience.
The focus of this high-level sales position is on increasing sales, building long-standing relationships with retail, hospitality, and b2b customers. We are looking for talented individuals experienced in providing excellent consulting and customer service.
Amongst the many perks, we offer a market-related cost to company salary plus a competitive commission structure. You will have the ability to unlock a double salary when 100% of the target is achieved, plus additional above target commission earning potential without any capping.
Additionally, after working for over a year, all employees receive five extra holiday days as a bonus.
Candidates should have:
- Excellent track record in achieving and exceeding targets in a luxury/high-end brand (furniture industry advantageous)
- Passion for success/ self-motivated with good problem-solving skills
- Desire to give the customer their best, with good listening skills to understand needs
- Team player mentality who is passionate about learning, growing, and upskilling self
- Matric essential, tertiary qualification advantageous
- Drivers License & own transport required
- Tech-savvy – MS Office & CRM and stock management systems
