Senior IT Support Technician - Montague Gardens – R25,000 – R30,000 per month 

Manufacturer requires the above to be responsible for troubleshooting and resolving all IT issues, hardware and software.

Duties:

• Resolve desktop issues
• Install and configure software and hardware on PC’s and laptops
• Ensure systems are backed up
• Document all tasks
• First line support
• Develop and maintain the management reporting application
• Strong understanding of Server software, Active Directory on MS Server, TCP/IP, IT infrastructures

Minimum Requirements:

• Matric
• 3 years’ experience in a similar role & IT related degree/diploma
• MS Office (excellent)
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, Javascript; Frontend
• Programming in VB/VB.NET
• WordPress development would be an advantage
• Some graphics experience is required
