Technical Support & Workshop Manager - Milnerton - R25,000-R30,000 per month

 

Requirements:

  • Solar, Backup Power experience (Batteries, Inverters & UPS)
  • Must Know battery systems
  • Victron experience highly advantageous
  • Matric Certificate
  • Own transport & valid driver’s license
  • Willing to travel nationally when required
  • Excellent Customer Service/Dealing with clients
  • Excellent Organizational Skills

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support clients on a high level of technical expertise
  • Keeping track of all repairs nationally
  • Setup systems in workshop to improve repairs
  • Send and do reports, report on outstanding and jobs in progress
  • Ensure all workshop repairs are done timeously
  • Dealing with clients & technical support
  • Training & Support to staff
